About the course
Commercial General Liability claims don't end at the front door. They can begin on your client's premises, follow a product through the supply chain, or emerge months after a contractor has completed a project. This course examines three of the most significant liability exposures facing commercial clients—Premises Exposure, Products Exposure, and Completed Operations Exposure—and provides brokers with a practical framework for identifying, evaluating, and managing each risk. You'll learn how occupiers' liability applies to visitors, contractors, and neighbouring properties, how products liability extends throughout the manufacturing and distribution chain, and why contractor liability often continues long after work has been completed.
