About the course
This course provides brokers with a practical review of commercial liability exposures and key CGL coverage issues. Participants examine premises liability, including occupier responsibilities, visitor categories, foreseeable hazards, contractors, and risk controls. The course explores key CGL exclusions, including employee injury, care, custody and control, bailee exposures, and rented premises. The course concludes with completed operations liability, including completion triggers, damage to work, subcontractor exposures, occurrence timing, and long-tail contractor liability.
